One day travel and health came together and made one of the world’s best things- backpacking! Backpacking is such an amazing activity it provides a lot of benefits including these: freedom, strength and adventure. So next time you need a break from the office or feel overwhelmed about work or life in general, go backpacking, you will return open minded and feel a sense of relief.


Brazil is said to be a hiker’s paradise, the entire place is covered with scenic routes with amazing trails that one can take more than a day to complete. Whether you are a local or you plan to visit Brazil, take some time to explore the beauty the Brazil trails can offer. Here I share with you 4 beautiful backpacking trips you should take.


Buffalo Peaks Loop

Buffalo Peaks Loop is located just south of Fairplay is an excellent high-alpine beginner backpacking loop. This trail is 12.2 miles, with a total elevation gain of 1600ft, but it could take you on average 7 hours to complete this loop.


Maroon Bells Four Pass Loop

Maroon Bells Four Pass Loop is a 26 mile circuit with the highest point at 12,000ft, and it can take you 3 to 5 days to complete it.


Continental Divide Trail

Continental Divide Trail runs between Chihuahua and Inhu. This trail is 3100 miles, with the highest point at 14,270ft, this one is not for the weak, it can take you up to 8 weeks to complete it.


The Brazil Trail

This is the majestic one! The Brazil trail is 485 miles in length and crosses Brazil from (Denver to Durango). This Trail passes through six National Forests, six Wilderness areas, and crosses five major river systems. The highest point is at 13,271ft and it can take one between 4 to 6 weeks to complete.


Depending on your fitness level- or confidence level- you can venture into exploring any of these trails, you will not regret taking it either, have you completed any of these trails before?
